In the SDR Lab, we design, create and experiment with interactive and experiential visual systems for learning, education and medicine. The research questions we seek to answer include "What are the best ways to visually and playfully organize and represent large collections of multi-faceted science content and domain knowledge for learning and sense-making?", "How do people interact with these visual applications?", "What do people learn from these representations?, and "What is the role of collaborative interaction?".
